Hi gilbr.
Your cars are probably using CAN protocol for diagnostics so NDSI or NDSII will not work.
We are currently working on NDSIII that will support CAN cars. We are hoping to release it before the end of the year.

The Consult II tool is a later generation tool but backwards compatible with Consult I protocol. It can "speak" both Consult I and Consult II protocol.

Tom if NDS II android version is backwards compatible, then it should be able to talk to the TCM and any other Consult I modules on a Nissan Patrol TB48E ?????
I thought that NDS II was only consult II and hence could not access the TCM or 4WD modules.

The NDSII software is not backwards compatible.
The Nissan Consult II tool is.

Thanks for the offer.
We do have one of those adaptors. It's a dodgy firmware. It's not an genuine ELM327 chip.
