Will this unit recallibrate the steering center sensor?

Not with the current software version. We are looking into implementing this function with the next software version as a few people asked for it.

That would be great. Dealer wants $110 to do this simple 5 minute procedure. I would definitely buy one of these if it supported the steering reset.

This adjustment 'teaches' the VDC system what steering wheel position is 'straight'. The VDC system uses a steering wheel angle sensor, and needs to know what the 'straight' position is so it knows when you are actually trying to turn, and by how much.

Nissan recommend it is done after each wheel alignment.

Hate to revive an old topic but has this been implemented? I am having the same issue and would like to debug the VDC using DataScan II.
