I have a French NOTE 2008 1.6 PETROL and i'd like to know which version of DATASCAN i should use?

Going by the year probably NDSII. What is the engine in your car? Check the supported vehicles page to see if it was tested with your car.

the engine is a HR16DE.
In the supported vehicles page, i can see Nissan Note E11 - ECM but i don't know if it works for HR16DE.
And i thought also that Nissan changed in 2008.

We have not tested with this engine. The HR16DE was developed in conjunction with Renault so there is a good chance that is already using CAN bus for diagnostics.

I would recommend testing connection with the NDSIII software and then purchasing the license.

For information,
i confirm that the HR16DE is not using CAN BUS.

It's work with NDSII with a KKL cable.
And only the ECM module works
