I had taken the EVT solenoids out to clean them and reinstalled but now get codes p0011 and p0021 and sometimes p0014. I have tried multiple times to do the relearn and every time the counter goes into the 4k range, says ECU is busy, and then says EVCTL Failed. I am following the instructions for the Consult relearn btw. Operating temp is always over 180 deg. Steering wheel straight, all electronics off, and the gear shift is in neutral. I have tried it both with the revs at idle and holding them between 1800-2000rpm, but still fails every time. Has anyone had any experience with the relearn function or similar situations?
