Idle Relearn

Hey guys,
I used to be able to do the idle relearn before, but all of a sudden it stopped working. I did this on my 2002 Nissan Maxima. I unplugged the TB, so I wanted to make sure the idle was okay.
Also, do we need to update the software? Can you direct me to how if we do?
