So its been a while since I've managed to get a chance to actually install the software I bought a few days ago. It connects to the eco and can read and clear codes but there is nothing else I can do. If I navigate anywhere else it looses the connection and I have to click connect but it doesn't connect, it tries and fails. If I click on any of the tabs nothing. When I go back to the main page I have to reconnect. Recently its started to automatically disconnect.

Is there any reason for this or is there something I am doing wrong here?

If you click on any of the other tabs (BCM, TCM, ABS ...) you will get disconnected from the previous ECU. You can only be connected to one ECU at the time.

Can you open the Data Display window? Post some screen shots if you can.
