Idle adjustment.

I trying to adjust idle speed by reducing rpm, but it's not work. Pls help me wit suggestions.
Try Clear Self Learn first.
Check for intake air leaks.
Make sure the engine is warm and all electronics are switched off (no heater, radio, lights etc.)
