NDS II 2.53 will not load on PC

NDS II 2.53 on AMD PC / windows 10.

I get an error message saying that there is already another installation running. I have checked Task Manager and no other version/installation is running.
The install log shows that the MSNET etc has been checked and is ok , but no error is shown .

I do not have the OBD adapter in the computer as yet ( I have it, but I want the software installed first)

I have deleted the download zip file and re downloaded with no difference in fault.
Any help would be appreciated.

OK, I have now got the software to load. I can get the ECU to be recognised ( ECU is a 1D, I also get an ID of ECU 58 come up) , but not the BCM, TCM etc. ECUD does not communicate.
The vehicle is a VSK (Spain) built, Australian spec Sept 2007 Navara with the CRDi 2.5L engine and auto box.
I just need to confirm if this is all as it should be before I pay for the full pack. I am in 'trial/unregistered' mode at the moment.

The engine ECU Id should be 10 or 12. I don't know what ECU Id 1D is.

Try changing "Ini Timer Offset" setting to positive and negative values. See if you can detect ECU Id 10 or 12.
