With the new version of windows 10 coming I wonder if NDS II 2.53 will be supported?

I have been using this software for a while and don't really want to lose it after update...

The NDSII software has been tested with Windows 10 and it works fine.

If you upgrading existing operating system to Windows 10 try uninstalling NDSII software before the upgrade and reinstall after the upgrade.
