Key programing program failed

Hi im using latest 2.53 version with ECMD key programing. I converted my BCM code to a 4 digit pin but when I start the programing an error message in the same box appears in red (Program Failed). please help, is this software related or pin related?

I,m in the same boat. My says failed as well. Did you buy the generator?

I also did get fail message but keys are working

I have the same problem in a Almera N16 2.2DI, it always says Program Failed. Is there a way to tell if the PIN is wrong or something else?

I have the same with pin code, I write the pin code give the dealer in the keys when buy my car but give me error in red when try to program new key p12 2.2 ECMD
