It sounds like you have changed lot of parts and spend a lot of money trying to fix it.

Since there are no error codes it's probably not caused by a faulty sensor. You should try doing the IAVL. It needs to be completed with the engine running. It will probably fail because your idle RPM is too high so you need to do something to lower the RPM. Try disconnecting one of the spark plugs or even 2. I have heard of some people using this technique to complete the IAVL.

Hello Tom
Thank for your advice I have tried the air learning several times now with different 3 throttles and map sensors ect even changed PCV valve test has passed each time but not attempted it with engine running but what I did find was on running the engine going into ActiveTests putting A/F base down to 75% and clicked start then my revs would steady up at 1,200 and also still rev up tidy and back to 1,200 until I have to close program as there is no way of saving that setting is this telling you anything of my fault?
Thank you

Hello
Just to let you know I fixed the car about a month ago and have done around 1,500 miles since then car has an even tickover of 650 revs in park thanks to this program took 2 minutes to fix and I have bought all these parts for nothing as all original parts back on my car I have nothing good to say about Nissan themselves as they didn't want to know I was going to sell my car cheap because no one had a clue of the fault even that Nissan dealership said after diagnostic not a clue they would have to have my car at least 3hour then could not guaranty to fix it as I took car from them instead of leaving it for god knows how much of a bill there was no chance of getting my diagnostic money back the software they use is supposedly far superior to this one so why were they not able to find the fault ( which did not exist) and fix the car as said it took me minutes to get it running right I am sure it is only for extra money although the mechanic honestly did not have a clue good old Nissan dealers go back to school and learn about your cars

Hello Tom
Fixed it by warming engine up start engine 2,000-2,500 revs take off plug lead revs went down take second plug lead of revs still too high took off 3rd plug lead engine now running on one plug at 800-900 revs no trouble then pressed to relearn air volume on laptop and engine stopped reconnected all plugs and a steady 700 revs which I have now done over 3,000 miles at average 33-37mpg thanks to your program took me 4 months to sort out and Nissan themselves have not a clue all my original parts are back so I wasted a lot of money even on Nissan diagnostic and was going to sell this car cheap and yet it flew its mot with no advisories anybody want cheap throttle or accelerator pedal l let me know to try and get diagnostic money back told Nissan I can reproduce fault which they cannot mend and then press button on laptop and i fixed they did not want to know

Hello Tom
Further to my fix I would like to say that I would never ever believe a car would turn over on one plug and just compression still on the other 3 cylinders least of all do 8-900 revs if this trouble accrued on a diesel all you would have to do is unplug the injectors with engine running ANYONE LIVING NEAR ME WANTING ADVICE OR ME TO CHECK IT OUT PLEASE CONTACT ME THIS APPLIES TO ALL NISSAN NOT JUST PRIMERA I am now thinking of putting my old STAG LPG set up on but not sure if there is enough space to screw the LPG injector tubes in the inlet manifold also where and if there is enough room to fit the regulator and gas valve and valve saver unit under the bonnet any advice with photos welcome
