Injection value

Hi
I am considering purchasing data scan 1. The key for me is that it will have and show injection values of each fuel injector
My car is skyline r34 gtt 1998 with consult port
Can you let me know if the data scan one supports this and what others features does it have ?
Does it show ignition timing per cylinder and injection duty cyle per injector?
