I had my Z32 tuned at Specialty Z and had a "tune selector" installed which permits 1 or 16 "ECU tunes" to be selected. Will NDS1 work with an ECU which has this modification installed?

It looks like it's based on stock ECU with just custom tunes so yes NDSI should work with it.
