How to generate activation key

Ive paid and registered for this software. Ive been having problems finding the activation window so I cant generate an activation key. Where is this activation window I cant find it. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Normally you get a pop up message saying the software is not activated.

The Software Activation window is under Help->Activation.
