Not receiving activation code

Hi, I purchased a blazt cable and software for my Z32. I activated it a long time a go and i tried to activate it again with the information i received by email but it says its the wrong activation key. I tried sending the registration code to registration@nissandatascan.com but i have not received anything. From what i remember when I purchased you can only activate it a couple times? not sure where I'm at but if you could help it would be great.
I can be reached at the email address I listed on my registration and can also provide with the email address that was used to activate the software.
