I think nds1 and nds2 should be compatible with windows 8. My new computer is on the window 8 OS.
Does anyone else agrees?

I've installed it on Windows 8 with no problems

Edit: I use NDS I so cant comment on NDS II

Really? I installed it on windows 8, but I can't get it to register. My other laptop crapped out, so... I'm in a bind.

You will need to generate a new Registration Code and Activation Key. You can not reuse one from the other laptop.
