KNOCK SENSOR DATA

Post by Uenuku85 »

Hi Tom,

Is there any way one could monitor oxygen sensor data? If not, is there any chance that this could be added to the program?

Cheers,

KLW

Sorry, I meant to say knock sensor. Is there anyway that we could get live data from the knock sensor?

Cheers

There is no way to monitor the knock sensor at this stage. The Consult II protocol just doesn't have such function. Which is a shame.
It might be possible to do it using the "Address Watch" function but you would need to know the memory address that stores the knock sensor value. I haven't been able to find one yet.

No worries. Thanks, Tom. :)

Also, what is NB sens b1? I can't figure out what this value is.

Thanks again,

Sorry, how do you determine the memory address?

NB sens b1 - Narrow Band O2 sensor bank 1

You have to de disassemble the ECU software to find the RAM address.
