Nissan Micra K12 CR14DE adjust timing?

I'm now busy with a Micra K12 CR14DE and see that i can adjust timing..

with the K11 engines (CG10DE and CG13DE) a can safely adjust the timing by 2 degrees (-17 instead of -15)

How is this for the OBD 2 CR14DE?
How far can i safely adjust? will it resolve in some extra HP?
