Upgrade from V1.4

Hi,

Years ago I bought a Consult cable from Blatz which came with the full version of DataScan on CD. How do I go about upgrading to the latest version which I see now is 1.62..?

Blatz don't seem to exist any more either.

you download the version 1.63
you install on your pc
and that's ok

Thanks for the info Seb, however after installing it it tells me the copy is unregistered. When I install v1.4 off the CD it works fine, no need to enter any keys, so i'm not sure what to do. This is a different computer to the one I had when I bought the cable, so it's not like there is a key in the registry..

because now it works with license

Hey Seb,

I guess it didn't have a license, because it installs and runs without any key being required.

Because it came on the Blatz CD I wonder if I am entitled to an upgrade? I guess it's a legit version?

There is no option for software activation in v1.4.

it works without license
