couple of suggestions nds1

I have a few suggestions which might be worth putting in nds1.

Current fuel mileage reading, average over a trip and total gas used for a trip.
I know ecutalk does this already but id rather use nds for this if i could.

Log files compatible with virtual dyno

The trip computer function sounds interesting but it would probably be difficult to get accurate figures.

The Virtual Dyno looks interesting too. I'll look into it.
