software does not recognize the hardware

Hi:

we have a problem with a scan nissandata II, this was presented after connecting to an Xtrail.

It turns out that the computer recognizes the device but when it comes to detecting the software displays adaptor not found.

What it thats mean, is something problem with hardware?

Have you tried the Find Adaptor function?
Go to Settings->Communication->Find Adaptor and press the Start button. The software will test all available Com Ports for BlaztII adaptor.

Does the light on the adaptors flash when you connect it to the car?

This is the problem.

When use Settings->Communication->Find Adaptor and press the Start button, show adaptor not found.

The led in the interface are off.
