Nisbie ini failed

Hey ! I just bought a Nisbie for my 1998 Nissan vanette cargo and when I try to connect it to the app it immediately says ini failed.

I've read the other topics about similar issues but they're not about the same adapter, I don't know if it's an easily fixable PCB issue or if it's a compatibility issue.

If you have any ideas on how to fix this I'd be very grateful, thank you!
