NDS2 License Activation Failed

Hello,

I purchased a new laptop as my previous one has already died. I tried to register my last allocated license, but somehow it failed to activate.

I have already used up all 4 allocated licenses as the previous ones 2 and 3, were used when I re-format by previous laptop.

Is there a way to fix this?
