Changing email address

I tried to register using my new email address.
I need to use the email address I used when I bought the software.
But it will not let me change it to the correct one.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but the wrong email address is still there greyed out and unchangeable.
What can I do?

Press Ctrl+R keys when in software registration window.
