Installing a Used Radio and NATS Audio Link

In the WSM for my 2003 Nissan Primera P12 ( without Euro OBDII ) it says that in order to install a second hand radio taken from another vehicle:

"Radio needs to be reset by using CONSULT-II and the associated Immobi PIN code"

Can DataScan II be used to reset the radio and enter the pin code? If so, how?
