data connection cable

i have purchased from you the full version of NDS 11 down loaded to my laptop with windows 10 and have a kkl VAG-com 409.1 cable i think the chip inside is CH340T and LM339, the data cable led lights up but the softwear says connection failed, My Vehicle is a nissan Elgrand E51 2002 with a 3.5 lIter engine VQ35DE, OBD2 16 PIN, I have seen NDS11 Working on a youtube video with an Elgrand E50 with the same engine. Do i have the correct cable ? if not which one and where to purchase please.

It sounds like you have the correct cable. Have you installed the driver and set the Com Port number under Settings->Communication?
