Purchased under old email address

Looking for some help registering the software on a new computer. The problem is I purchased the software under an email address that I no longer have access to so I cannot access the NDSI user login page. I sent an email to nissandatascan@yahoo.com 4 days ago but haven't received a response. Anyone know how long it usually takes to get a reply?
