Hello, I got "mini ELM327 v1.5 OBDII Bluetooth Adapter". On my phone I also install NDSII LITE app. When I try to connect via app to the adapter, every time drop the connection status in app "Set Tester ID failed". What can be a issue I got Nissan Primera P11 y.2000 (144 version) with SR20DE.

Two problems here.
1. It sounds like the adapter you got has the fake ELM327 chip that doesn't support the "Set Tester ID" command. A lot of those fake chips support only the basic OBDII functions but to access the Nissan Consult protocol, the more advance functions are required.
2. The good news (sort of) is that the ELM327 OBDII adapter would probably not work with your car anyway. The SR20DE engines normally use the older Consult I protocol for diagnostics. You need one of the Consult I adapters with an OBDII plug like this one:
