how to read roms with nds II

Hi I have just purchased NDS II and would like to try downloading the ROMs from a P12, Note and Q35 to see what tables I can find in them.
If that goes well the next step will be to upload to them

The download is pretty slow and can not be done on TCM ecus. I'ts done by reading memory locations and doesn't require a kernel upload.
