Long time user of NDSII with a Nissan Patrol TB48DE.
Is there any indicator that can be added to(both PC & Android App) show the status of Open/Closed Loop Status?

Do you mean the engine running in an Open or Closed Loop mode?
Unfortunately the Nissan Consult II protocol does not provide this function. It's an OBDII function and it's available from the OBDII tab under Fuel System Status.
Nissan Patrol TB48DE is not fully compliant with the OBDII protocol so will probably not be able to access this function.
