I have been using Nissan datascan for many years and am currently using version 1.6. I just obtained a new laptop which is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit and it seems that my trusty Blazt Consult cable will no longer function. The Cygnal CP2101 drivers seem to not install on a 64 bit operating system. Does anyone know if this is the case or am i doing something wrong with the installation? When I was using Windows XP or Windows 7 32 Bit, I did not have a problem. If it is a known problem, can someone advise a set of drivers that will work or a new cable / driver combination that will work on Windows 7 64 Bit.

You will need to install the 64-bit drivers. You can download the latest version from Silicon Lab website https://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/Pag ... ivers.aspx
