Upload to ecu

hello everyone.
my car is a elgrand e51 2002 i have nds2
can enyone help me to upload my ecu bin file to another ecu. my old ecu has got water damage so i brought a secondhand one but the car it came off didn't have cruise control so that bit of software is missing and traction control is far to aggresive. i pull away on dry tarmac at 1/2 power (3000rpm) and the slip light flashes and when it changes into 2nd gear the back wheels lock up (in the power drop between gear change),
i need help with which software to use to upload my bin file.
