New part does not have the sensor

I have a 2002 Infiniti Q45 (F50 Nissan Cima) that I put a 2005 model year radiator and waterpump in. The 2005 radiator does not have the lower coolant temperature sensor so the car is throwing the P1119 code. Is there a way to turn off that error or sensor check since the sensor itself does not exist?

Sorry, there is no way to do that without re-flashing the ECU.
