I have Nissan Patrol 2000 3,0L 116kW engine ZD30DDTi. I buy VAG cable and software. I installed to PC all drivers and programs. COM port ok, if I connect cable car OBD2 connector, will blue light up.
NDS II-communication list- Find ECU- Activ ECU FE.
I change communication list ECM ID 10- to FE.
I try connect ECM list-"connect"- make progress- Start comms- Ecu ID- Version- Get params- GetRegs- Get Tests- Get adjusts- GetWorkSups- KeepAlive- ConnFailed.
Ini Timer Offset changing does`nt improve the situation.
What problem solution?

The ZD30 engines use the older Consult I protocol for diagnostics. You can not use an OBDII software with your car.
You need the NDSI software and Consult I cable with an OBDII plug. You can get the cable from http://www.ecutalk.com/interface.aspx.
