NDSII Active ECU

Evening All,

Apologies if this has already been answered in another topic

I'm new to the forum and NDSII and having some issues that I hope you may be able to help with.....
I have downloaded the unregistered version and connected via a 409.1
Settings>Comms>Find ECU is showing ECU Id58 Active, ECU Id FE Active.
From here I am a little stumped. When in the main panel view, ECU tab selected, I click on 'Connect' but constantly get 'Connection Failed'
Am I doing something wrong or missing something out??
I am trying to clear a fault code and get the truck out of Limp Home Mode

Quick Update....
Purchased full version... Now able to access ECU 58 (SRS) but unable to access anything else??
Any help greatly appreciated

What car are you connecting to? If it's a diesel you need to be connecting from the ECMD tab.
Also try adjusting the "Ini Timer Offset" value under Settings->Communication.
