LC-2 not able to display in NDS II

I recently bought an Innovate LC-2 to integrate into the logging on Nissan Data Scan and it seems to connect, but will not show the channel to log my sensor.

It works just fine in logworks, so I know its not a driver or adapter issue.

Can someone please help me with this?

To anyone watching this it has been solved. I emailed Tom and he had me copy the Mts.dll and mtsskd.ocx files from the Innovate log works folder and paste them into the Nisssan Data Scan folder overwriting the originals. This resolved the communication issue I had, and the LC-2 is working great now.
