Does NDS III Work Support program keys similar to NDS II?
If yes, is there a standard code like NDS ii?

It doesn't appear so. On the NDS II (for computer, not android) that feature is listed under consult II functions/ecm/work support as "program immobiliser key"

Pause it at 0:25 That is where the video shows work support options for android nds III. There is no option listed to program keys.

I do wonder how it's done.
I use NDS II work support to ensure I have two keys for every Nissan(all 2004s) I have, a very handy tool.
