HELP...INITALIZE FAIL OBD

I have the full paid version of the ndsc1, I also have the reccomend obd11 consult bt 14-pin from track electronics for the ddl1 linefor my 98 maxima (A32). I am upset that i have paid for numerus ob11 bluetooth elm 327 16-pins I am still having issues. I am stuck I am desperete of some help. Thanks.

The OBDII adapters will probably not work with your car or give you only very limited information.
So you have the 16-pin OBDII and 14-pin Consult I connector on your car?
Which connector are you using with the Track Electronics adapter?

Sorry, for the late reply, but I am using the consult bt 14-pin adaptor. Track electronics. I am fusturated and I am desperate for some help. I am using ndsc1 and i am using it on a a32 98 max. Thanks

What is the "Adapter Name" displayed in the NDSI app? If it's the version 2 you will have a hard time getting it to work.

Also try using the latest version of our app.

I am using the ndsc1 app and the 14-pin bluetooth device i am using is a consult bt adaptor.
