after my phone crash facing an issue as after Connect an Android device using MTP in Ubuntu is much more simple however sudo apt-get must be install at step 1 than other things. but i am facing still following these steps the same issue what can i do.. i have also sony xperia z2 phone

Have you tried the latest version 1.4?
