Android app extended functionality?

Hi Folks,

New to the forums but I've owned/used the full version of NDIS II for a couple of years now with a wireless (BLE) ELM327 adapter. I recently had the need to dig into non-ECU issues on one of my Nissans and ended up adding the full Windows (with my hardwired OBD adapter) version to my laptop. That worked perfectly for what I was trying to see/service. My question is this. Can the Android version, using my wired adapter though the appropriate USB hardware interface on my Android-based tablet, communicate with systems like SRS and so forth or is it limited to ECU functions exclusively? I haven't tried the USB adapter with the OBD interface yet but the USB side does work very well with other non-automotive related USB devices I have here. I don't see screen shots that look like there's anything but engine parameters on the Android release so I haven't gone any further in trying it.

Thanks!

Bob
