ELM 327 ,OBD II, Elgrand e51

Hello all.
I own Nissan elgrand e51 2.5L 2005 year. Cant connect NDS II Lite android app to my vehicle using ELM 327 v 1.5 adaptor, inni failed appears all the time.
Could You please tell me is my car OBD II compatible? Or which adaptor should I use while connecting via android?
