Consult I (NDSI) ECUs are not reprogrammable. They have to be modified before they could be reprogrammed. It's not possible to reprogram them just using a software.

That is correct. You can not change the Data Display settings unless you are connected to the car. This version checks for available parameters after connecting. It will only let you monitor parameters that are supported. No more gauges with all "0" in Data Display.

According to the service manual your TCM uses DDL protocol (Consult I) for diagnostics. You will not be able to connect to your TCM with NDSII. See attached.

skylinegtrhr is right. It's most probably a grounding issue. Nothing to do with ECU or software. Try putting an extra ground cable between your engine and chassis. The "Clear Self Learn" function clears ECUs memory. The ECU constantly monitors the engine and adjusts some parameters to achieve predefined conditions i.e. A/F ratio, knock. Some of that data is store in the memory so it can quickly readjusts itself. This function clears this data.
