Re: Access all Control Module on latest Nissan Micra K11

You can get the Consult I adaptor with OBDII plug from ECUTalk https://www.ecutalk.com.au/interface.aspx Not sure which protocol the SRS on your car is using. You can usually tell by reviewing the wiring diagram but it has to be for your specific model car. If the SRS ecu has Rx and Tx pins then it ...

Re: 2002 Altima 3.5SE

The adaptor you are using is an ELM327 type adaptor. It will not work with the NDSII Windows PC software.
You need a VAG KKL or a VAG K+CAN adaptor.

Re: VAG-K + CAN fails. Is there a Bluetooth alternative?

Most of the Vag K+CAN adaptors use the FTDI USB chip. Have you tried an FTDI driver?

Im not aware of any Bluetooth Vag K+CAN adaptors. The Jaycar adaptor would probably be an ELM327 model which is not compatible with the NDSIII Windows PC software.

Re: datascan for ga16dne

The GA16DA engine ECU is not OBDII compliant so you will not be able to use the ELM327 adaptor with it. You need a Consult I adaptor with OBDII plug and an NDSI software or app. For the app we recommend a Bluetooth adaptor and for the Windows PC software an USB adaptor. Bluetooth adaptor and OBDII ...

Re: Ini fail/300zx

Most probably the adapter you are using doesn't generate the clock signal. This older ECUs require the clock signal to initiate connection.
It could be that the adapter you are using was never design to generate the clock signal or you might have to do the white wire fix as posted before.

I can't see from the description. Does it use an ELM327 chip?

Nice 300ZX!!!

You need one of these adapters http://www.buyobd.com/index.php?main_pa ... ducts_id=2

Or you can try to build one as per instructions on our website.

Re: Cannot connect to R32 GTR ECU

It sounds like it could be a faulty adapter.
Your car uses the older style ECU that requires Clock signal from the adapter. Some adapters do not generate the clock signal correctly. They work on the newer Nissans but not on the R32 or Z32.
