am I able to get my registrations reset as now ive had to reinstall windows again I do this periodicaly and have a new laptop ive used all my registrations but those are not being used as my windows installs are wiped each time or am I stuck with paying all over again?

i can connect to the hicas ecu and see the live data but nothing is reading on the dashboard everything is green and says turning right but nothing changes when I turn the wheel or release handbrake or press brake clutch etc any help with why it wont get data from the hicas ecu
