Problems with synchronization

Post by flimmer1979 »

Hi

I bought 3 different Adaptors but with different result, to my Nissan Note 2011 diesel

The VAG KKL, can not see the ECU, I try adjusting the ini timer offset value from -5 to +5
The VAG K+CAN USB, can see the ECU at -2 ini timer only, but cannot read from ECU at all, but the ECU id is 1F, 58 and FE

Then i try the ELM-327 with another program and can read from the ECU by OBDII but only vehicle instrumentation, the ECU id is $7E8
The DataScan II will not scan and read from ELM-327 OBDII

All the chip use is CH340

I've tried replaced the drivers and all is use COM5
You've probably heard it before, but what's wrong??

It sounds like your engine ECU is using CAN for diagnostics. The NDSII Windows PC software and app works with K-line ECUs so it will not work with your engine ECU.

The NDSIII app works with CAN engine ECU but it doesn't support diesel engines at this stage.

Your only option is NDSIII Windows PC software. The software hasn't been released yet but send us an email and we can give you access to the Beta test version.
